Live broadcasts lack subtitles

Video recordings that are broadcast live on Västernorrlands Museum's social channels (facebook, youtube and instagram) lack subtitles and are therefore not available to users who cannot perceive or have difficulty understanding audio. This also applies to some live broadcasts that have been published for more than 14 days.

Audio interpretations of video recordings

Due to limited financial and personnel resources, Västernorrlands Museum is unable to audio interpret the films published on the website and in social channels.

Accessible PDF files

Some of the archaeological reports published do not meet all the requirements for accessible documents according to the Act on Accessibility to Digital Public Services.

Actions: Västernorrlands Museum invokes unreasonably burdensome accommodation according to Section 12. Read more in the section Unreasonably burdensome accommodation.
